Step 1

Make sure you are up to date on routine vaccinations (link)

Step 2

Make sure you have be vaccinated for Hepatitis A and Typhoid.

There are the two main vaccinations that we recommend you can before traveling to Nepal.

To learn more about both of these vaccinations click the link.

Nepal

  • Most Common vaccinations for Nepal are Hepatitis A (link) and Typhoid (link). The locations we are going malaria is not a problem.

Kenya

  • Most common vaccinations for Kenya are Hepatitis A (link) and Typhoid (link). Malaria is a problem in most of the locations we are going. Treating malaria is as simple as going to one of the many doctors on our route and getting a shot. Your symptoms will clear up in 2 days or so. If you want to be extra cautious, the CDC recommends that you talk to your doctor about taking prescription malaria medicine to prevent getting malaria (link).
